I don’t often say “most people,” but in this case, I’m going to:
Most people — including me sometimes — literally have no idea how powerful the human brain actually is, nor that we can actually tap into its power at almost literally any time.
Any single moment of one’s life can be made interesting, if you devote sufficient attention to it, if you bring your full self into it.
And yet…we hold back.
