Pacific Blue Cross was facing a challenge similar to what most organizations experience — how to move people from a current state to a desired future state.

When the individuals required to change get stuck in the old habits, then the reason for change will not see the light of day.

The Blue Pacific Cross was implementing the largest business, and technology system in the history of their organization.

They wanted to replace 25 different systems with a new system.

It was a 7-year long project that was very critical to the success of the organization.

Everything was in place including:

  • change readiness assessment plan
  • training plan
  • coaching plan
  • resistance plan
  • communication plan

The company however did not have a plan in place to help the individuals navigate their changes privately.
