The spiritual journey often feels like shit.

Nobody to share what you feel deep within. And even if you share, nobody actually gets it.

Everybody has views on life, but people rarely seek beyond what they see.

Spiritual seekers hardly get the unconditional, genuine support they desire during those formative years, especially when confused.

I know that because during my 22 years of spiritual seeking, I roamed aimlessly for 16 years, protecting the tiny flame of spiritual seeking to burn within my heart.

Such a long period of lonely seeking made me learn many things.

Loneliness sucks. But it makes you ready for something greater.

When I started meditation, I never knew what I sought from life. I just wanted the peace that those moments provided.

It was my fast recharging mechanism to deal with a crazy world.

But I think I was crazier than the world.
