As a graduate in biology and a writer in personal growth, I’m fascinated by the complex organ that sits inside our skull and how it impacts our every day.
There are parts that help us move, parts that help us hear, parts that help us think, and parts that help us feel (and not feel).
Knowledge is power to me.
I felt I was in the dark before I knew more about my brain, but maybe my thoughts and emotions weren’t out to get me.
