1. Be aware of what causes friction

Awareness is the first step towards improving anything.

To transform your environment, you must know what’s working for and against you.

Make a list of every single thing (both digital and physical) that you notice hinders or helps you achieve a desired outcome.

Once you’ve noted the good stuff, make it as easy to access and use as possible. Anything that helps you achieve a goal or dream is good.

Then remove all the superficial sh*t that causes friction. If you can’t remove them, create as much distance from them as possible.

Your life is a sum of the choices you make.

Your choices depend on your thoughts; your thoughts depend on your environment.

Fix your environment -> fix your life -> achieve your dreams.
