Cozy Sunday mornings are perfect for practicing self-love. Yet, most days of our lives aren’t cozy Sundays.

And while we know habits are far more powerful than one-time things, many of us fail to build self-love routines during busy days.

On days when I’d know my inbox would fill with urgent to-do’s, I’d try to shorten my morning routine: I’d switch from a 15- to a 10-minute Headspace meditation. I’d skip journaling to save an additional 5 minutes.

Yet, on those packed days, we need self-love more than on any other day. It’s the feeling of being enough, no matter what you’re doing today that’ll make us flow through our days.

Here are five tiny acts of self-love in chronological order, you can do even on your busiest day and thereby, live a life of inner abundance.
