Change is hard. We don’t like change.

It’s tough to change jobs, careers, and cities.

Change was also challenging for the Antarctic penguins in Our Iceberg is Melting, a best-selling book written by Dr. John Kotter and Holger Rathgeber and the shorter, fable version of Kotter’s book Leading Change.

The emperor penguins realized their iceberg was melting, and they had to do something about it. The story outlines how they correctly made the right changes to survive.

However, it wasn’t easy for them to change.

Just like the penguins, most people are not comfortable with change.

However, the only constant in today’s world is change.
