Adapting to a vegan based lifestyle has changed my life in many ways. I didn’t believe it would have such a large impact on my health and mindset, to be honest.
A lot of people ask me how I get my protein.
I do happen to eat eggs but don’t touch red or white meat at all. Instead, I enjoy getting my protein sources from vegetables and beans.
I once led my life with the bodybuilder mentality, thinking the be-all and end-all were in animal protein.
I compromised my health by eating too much animal protein and not enough plants.
