It’s not uncommon for most of us to start feeling the pinch on the sides of our abs, or perhaps in many other places, we care to ignore!
You don’t need to weigh food, count calories on a macro tracker or do silly stuff that takes your life and energy.
I know the pain, as I did that for many years — even more so in an obsessive manner when preparing for my body-building shows.
It’s a real drag panicking to calculate the calories of everything on your plate.
None of us has the headspace for that — especially when there is an easy way to go about it.
I want to share my own lazy and simple minimal steps to getting lean and staying that way.
