‘Happy’ is subjective.

‘Happy retirement’? Well, that is highly subjective. Some aim to lead a carefree life, while others want to engage in meaningful work.

I get it.

And I know me.

I love to keep going. There is only one fork-road ahead worthy of consideration.

How do I lead a life of meaningful work without slogging for food and mortgage money?

I think about this all, the, f**king, time.

A mind-opening conversation with my Econs Prof

It was an extended conversation.

We were discussing the research paper due for journal submission in 4 months. We were done in 2 hours.

That was 1 pm.

Swiftly after, we left his office and headed for lunch. It was a Sunday and the canteen was unusually quiet. It’s nice. I like it quiet.

The environment was conducive for a casual chat.
