Be Happy & Stay That Way by Eating More of These Foods
You may already regularly eat healthy food because it makes us feel amazing.
Have you ever thought about the foods which bring a smile to your face?
We’d be lying to ourselves if happiness didn’t appear in a block of our favourite chocolate or carb-rich meal that makes our toes tingle.
Although some foods make us feel wonderful, warm and mushy inside, a shift occurs when we bite a somewhat naughty indulgence.
For instance, I like a doughnut just like anyone else, but it has got to be a vegan alternative (and that doesn’t mean it’s sugar-free!)
Craving a rich, sugar-filled doughnut is one thing; having it is pure, momentary bliss.
Unfortunately, a slightly uncomfortable sensation occurs when that doughnut is in my gut. Sleepy, lacking energy, and most likely that sugar surge and fall. I may feel sick too.
When I have an apple, on the other hand, my moods, mind and energy levels are stable — before, during and after without any blood sugar surges, gut gurgling or feeling like a nana nap!
