Exercising every single day is a must for both the young and old.

My workout routine is very simple. Weight training four times per week and walking every single day.

Finding enough time to fit exercise into your day can be challenging when you have a full-time job, family, and side hustles.

Breaking your exercise into ‘exercise bouts’ is a realistic and achievable way to constantly boost your metabolism and stop yourself from sitting down for long periods during the day.

Regular exercise also helps to get the creative juices flowing again and rids your mind of the staleness of computer screen paralysis.

Lack of exercise was normal for most of us during the pandemic.

Working from home and being stuck in our house or apartment daily didn’t help much either. These bad habits brought on by the pandemic restrictions saw instances of type two diabetes and metabolic disease.
