Delays Are the Universe’s Secret Blessing
Not getting what you want might be the best thing that ever happens to you.
I hate delays.
Waiting in lines, buffering videos, slow Wi-Fi — it all drives me nuts.
We are wired for right now. We want the job offer today and the dream life by next Tuesday.
But every delay I’ve cursed ended up being a blessing I couldn’t see at the time.
Because delays aren’t detours. They’re part of the design.
What feels like life holding you back is actually life holding space — for something better, something you’re not ready for yet, or something you didn’t even know you needed.
Delays aren’t punishment. They’re the universe’s way of saying:
“Not yet. Trust me.”
You’re Being Prepared.
Think back to something you desired but didn’t get immediately — or at all. A job, a person, an opportunity you thought was it. You were devastated.
Then time passed. You grew. You saw things differently. And it became clear:
- That job would’ve boxed you in.
- That relationship wasn’t right for who you became.
