Do a simple meditation :

  1. just take deep breaths,
  2. be aware of your roots into the Earth through your feet till the center of the Earth and until your feet are warm.
  3. Then when you feel it is time, focus exclusively on your heart, in the middle of your heart. Don’t emit any thought otherwise their frequency…
