I love knowing how much plant-based alternatives can significantly impact our health.

One of the reasons I gave up animal protein was to attain better health.

As both my parents died of cancer, I’m pretty mindful of what I eat and my lifestyle.

But unfortunately, my mother and father didn’t really practice proper nutrition and lifestyle habits.

I don’t find it a challenge to make the necessary sacrifices to stay healthy and live the best possible life — for as long as I can.

Although there are no guarantees in life, I feel responsible for making the right choices — because it’s the only thing I have control over.

You control what goes into your mouth, which manifests through your body — projected via your health.

One minor change you make can transform your life, yet many people are reluctant.
