For the sake of health, looking a little outside the box to find a huge number of healthy foods as an alternative will put you a step ahead of most people.

If you don’t know what nutritional yeast is, I suspect it may be an important part of your life soon after you read about it.

I choose nutritional yeast because I don’t eat dairy.

Eating dairy isn’t a personal choice — but I’m intolerant of milk, milk products and anything with a small shimmer of milk; I have surrendered to embracing plant-based alternatives.

Throughout the years, it’s become a habit -and If I were given a magical cure to get the necessary enzymes to digest milk — I’d say ‘no thank you.’

It’s not a priority in my life, and I’m quite happy to embrace the plant-based way of living.
