Whatever it is you’re trying to quit or start to enhance your wellbeing, I want to make something clear:
Getting better isn’t going to be easy.
It won’t be fun and you should expect discomfort and boredom.
But it’s worth it — if you stick with it.
Getting Better Is Boring
A week into quitting nicotine and aside from the urge I have to run down to the shop and buy a box of nicotine pouches and some brain fog that is making me think “Am I making any sense?” as I write this — I’m pretty bored, for the most part.
