Here’s Why Intermittent Fasting May Not Work in Your Favour
Although IF has been shown to create miraculous changes in our bodies — it doesn’t always work out that way
Fasting intermittently is the perfect way to undo all the detrimental dietary habits accumulated over the years.
It’s similar to a quick fixed solution, which inevitably brings about success for anyone willing to commit to not eating food for a specific period.
Sometimes we can get caught up in the romanticised versions of diet and not see the inevitable outcome of dangerous food and dietary habits.
I have been practising fasting for many years, and it has worked very well for me. Some people may have similar results, whilst others can struggle.
After my mum’s type two diabetes diagnosis, I put her on a modified fasting regime, in which she delayed breakfast until after she did her exercise regime.
That exercise consisted of walking for as long as possible.
