The holiday season is here and so are the endless parties. It’s full of extroverts getting drunk and networking. For introverts, it’s a whirlwind of small talk, late nights, and drained social batteries. I show you 4 tips to keep your energy high and get the best out of this busy season.
Going to every party, draining your energy, and then having nothing left for the actual Christmas holiday celebration with loved ones is not what we want.
We want to enjoy the season of celebrations without draining our social batteries. We tend to accept every invitation, and in the end we don’t have any energy left to do proper small talk.
Here are 4 tips to get through the busy holiday season and even enjoy it:
Set boundaries
I know it sounds simpler than it is, but you have to prioritize yourself. You don’t have to go to every party.
Let’s say you go to every party. Do you have any energy left for small talk or networking at the last one?
