How I Forgive Myself
And Why To Forgive Yourself
The door to my heart opens inward.
That is, I am actually dependant on just my thoughts to attain peace of mind.
You can never truly love if you can’t forgive — yourself and others. The past is over and rendered powerless until you start thinking about it.
But it’s the thought of this moment that will create my future.
👉 I gift myself freedom from the past and move ahead with joy. I am ready to heal. I am willing to forgive. I ascertain myself that all is well.
👉 When I make a mistake, I accept that it is a mandatory part of the learning process.
👉 Each day is a new opportunity. Yesterday is done. And today is the first day of my future.
👉 Everyone and everything in my life has something to teach me.
We have a purpose in being together. Let’s explore things and be creative. Let’s learn to live together amicably. I believe there is no problem that cannot be solved with love. This assumption makes my life better.
I cannot change another person. I let others be who they are, and I simply love who I am. If rectifying me creates harmony in my atmosphere, I embrace changes.
The old thought pattern doesn’t limit me. I let them go with ease.
I am ready to embrace new things, new people and new ideas.
