Here’s my plan:
1. Enroll in breathwork classes
It’s one thing to do breathwork at home (which I don’t do anyway).
It’s another thing entirely to do breathwork in a group setting, in person, with a qualified coach.
If I want to be the best version of myself and have the most bandwidth to show up for my clients, my marriage, and everyone else in my life, my nervous system needs to be running at optimal efficiency.
And breathwork is a cheat code for that.
