We’re likely to beat ourselves up when things don’t go our way. We hate failure, rejection, and anything that goes against our goals and expectations. We’re not likely to accept misfortunes and make amendments. Instead, we’ll pity ourselves or, to some extent, engage in habits that destroy.

And it’s normal sometimes from a logical point of view. Because who doesn’t want success? And if you have found yourself in a similar position before, you’re not wrong for going mad.

But, as much as it’s right, it’s primarily wrong because some of the things we deem wrong are good.

So, it’s better to see things from this perspective to avoid events getting us emotionally, which prevents us from being creative for better results. And this is how to do it.

Understand that life is happening for you and not to you

Whether we’re aware of it, life is happening for us and not to us. Whether what’s happening to us is good or bad, life isn’t working against us.
