We all have 7 chakras that start from the base of our spine and continue all the way to the crown of our head. Chakras all have their own unique energies that contribute to balancing our mind, body, and spiritual self. These chakras can be blocked, under-active, overactive, or well-balanced. We all have at least one chakra that we use the most often in our lives. You can have more than one strong chakra and the strength of these chakras can change over time. It’s good to know what your strongest chakra is so that you can better understand yourself and work on the parts of yourself that are lacking. Root Chakra

The root chakra is located at the base of your spine and is your first chakra. The color associated with the root chakra is red. The root chakra represents stability and being grounded. When your root chakra is blocked, you may feel very anxious and unstable while desperately searching for some sense of security in life. Physically, you can experience pains in your lower body such as your feet, legs, and lower back.
