Until a few years ago, I was NOT a morning person. At all.

At least that’s what I thought.

Then, as I started to go to bed early and wake up early (out of necessity at first, not because I wanted to) I found I actually loved it.

For the first time in my life, I enjoyed getting up in the morning and surprisingly felt more rested and ready for the day.

I’ve also found that having uninterrupted time in the morning to work on my morning routine, write, and pursue my own projects is the ideal way to start the day.

Whether you want to become a morning person or are just doing it out of necessity like I was, it’s possible to do it and truly enjoy it.

While it wasn’t easy at first, I’ve found a few tips and tools along the way that make waking up early easy and (dare I say) enjoyable!
