How to Perk Up Your Meditation

Meditation shouldn’t feel blank, dry, or lifeless

Mindfulness meditation is often taught as a set of techniques.

For example:

  • Label each thought as “thinking” when it arises in your mind
  • Sit with your spine straight, but not rigid
  • Place your hands palm side down on your knees
