One of the most common problems, the young generation is facing is belly fat.

If you’re working in an office, you will see many employees roaming here and there with belly fat.

Our ancestors, who lived in the 13th and 14th centuries had less to no belly fat.

Now, everybody has that smaller portion of fat around their belly.

Belly fat is a reason for many diseases, including high blood pressure, high sugar levels in the blood, heart, and kidney disease.

We have historically more obese people than in any era. This happened due to unhealthy lifestyle, and uncontrollable eating habits.

I was suffering from high weight and belly fat issues, the reasons are simple.

  • I was working late at night, and poor sleep helped my body to gain weight.
  • Stress is one of the main culprits, and as I work in the banking sector, stress is an important part of my life.
  • Overeating and relying on fast food was the main reason for my belly fat, and continuing to eat this every night caused me to gain some belly fat.
