I Haven’t Taken Any Pills in 10 Years. And Will Probably Never
Here are my 7 go-to health hacks
First, I am not one of those people who will say prescribed drugs are bad for you.
I am not a medical doctor. I have no intention to be one. This is NOT health advice. It is just what works for me.
One of my parents is in the medical field. And I hated every moment of being sick as a child. It wasn’t pretty.
In fact, I would hide the fact from my parents for as long as possible until I couldn’t suppress it anymore. And of course, they would be furious.
But as I grew up and became independent, I realized I needed a sustainable way of taking care of myself that is preventive. I don’t want to get sick in the first place.
And it took me years to figure out the things I am about to share with you. These are things that I implemented myself and have proven to myself. My body is now used to them.
I must also tell you that they didn’t work perfectly when I began. In fact, these methods failed a lot during the early days. But I didn’t give up. I knew I was on to something.
I kept improving these lifestyle habits until they became dependable to completely shield me from sickness.
