If God Is Real, Why Is There So Much Suffering?
Does God even exist or is it just a good backstory to rely on?
Just a day back, I posted a video story on my Instagram. The moon was tucked behind the tall tree under which I was sitting. I found a reflection of God in that moment. I felt at ease looking at it. It made me satisfied in a way that I cannot quite put in words.
So I captured this magical moment, and posted it on my Instagram with a few words that said,
‘I don’t know how people question God’s existence. I find him everywhere.’
To which, one of my followers replied and said, ‘That’s because you never begged God for mercy while he blindly turned his face.’
Truth be told, I don’t care if you believe in God or not. I don’t care if you think this world just exists on its own. I never sat down to wonder why don’t people believe in God. It’s your personal opinion or belief.
But what concerns me is the pure ignorance of people. God exists if everything is good. God doesn’t exist or maybe he is just merciless if he doesn’t give you what you desire or if he doesn’t take away your problems as soon as it starts hurting.
Faith in God is not a condition. It’s not a policy. It’s not a checklist.
