Do you want to lead a healthy and longer life?

I know I do — that’s why I’m on this journey, the never-ending search for health hacks to trial and live by.

The devastation I’ve experienced due to my parents’ loss resulted from lifestyle factors.

Nutrition is one of the key fundamental aspects that you can alter at the drop of a hat and literally change the direction of your destiny.

As much as I try to encourage others to lead a healthy life, I feel blessed that I have learnt this lesson the hard way.

Without those pivotal moments of loss, I would not be where I am or experience the excellent health I now have.

It’s a learning journey that never ends, and I’m genuinely grateful to be here.

The environment is forever changing, but one thing is for sure — our bodies still require simplicity.
