My attitude sucks more often than it doesn’t.

It wasn’t always that way, but as I have gotten older and circumstances changed, that spontaneous, hopeful, sometimes happy-go-lucky person that I was is fading.

It is as if I lost her or forgotten.

After all, through a person’s lifetime, there all types of ups and downs, negatives, and positives. We fail, we get sick, we lose the ones we love, and various other painful things every human will live though until their own death.

Personal Tragedy

I have lived through the deaths of the majority of my family, plus several close friends and pets, who made up my daily world. Those who helped shape me cheered for me stood for me and loved me unconditionally.

I have also lost a good deal of physical mobility to the point I need a cane or walker to move around. I live with constant pain and balance issues.

I am far from old by today’s standards. I just turned fifty-six. I have years ahead of me, God willing.
