Diet is important, although physical activity runs hand in hand with an optimal eating plan.

One without the other is similar to a missing chain along the path toward better health.

We as a society aren’t moving enough, and instances like Covid 19 closures have diminished our activity level forcefully.

Gyms shut for months, and restrictions on when we could be active outdoors also put another dent in our exercise habits.
