Herbs and spices are wonderful additions to anyone’s diet.

They help to add flavour, texture, and that extra bit of ‘oompf’ to any simple, clean and wholesome meal.

I used herbs and spices in all my foods and got serious about it when starting my bodybuilding journey.

I would scrutinise all food labels and decide that all sauces were off-limits.

You would be surprised how much-added sugars and other toxic ingredients sauces contain.

It’s a far better & healthier choice to add herbs and spices.

It might shock the system when you compare herbs to rich sauces, but it’s worth changing for your health’s sake.
