All my life, I’ve battled gut challenges.

At one stage, it was so bad I naturally assumed I was developing ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s. There had to be a reason why I was struggling so much.

It was harming my mental health in the process.

To my surprise, after a colonoscopy, my gastroenterologist said there was nothing wrong with my bowel. It was supremely healthy!

As you can imagine, that left me in a strange place.

Did I imagine all this? Who can give me the answers I need if a reputable doctor doesn’t even know?

After three years of endless shuffling, experimenting and googling like there was no tomorrow, I finally found the answer.

Nothing is perfect, of course — I still have my bouts of irritable gut issues, but things seem to be swinging in the right direction instead of the opposite end.
