Awareness is the key to controlling obsessive disruptive self-dialogue.

Before I started practicing mindful meditation daily, I assumed meditation included mindless humming, sitting, and breathing.

I thought to myself, —

I barely have enough time as is it is, and I’m not going to spend my day off humming mantras that won’t help.
