These days, almost everyone is walking around in an inflammation bubble.

When it comes to injury or infection (as the body can detect it straight away), inflammation helps to increase the rate of white blood cell flow and begin fighting infection. That process also helps to heal.

Likewise, the same process happens when our body is fighting a virus or infection.

One problem is when this response continually happens when it’s not needed.

Instead of the inflammation coming in to heal and then moving out — it keeps persisting over time.
