Creating a simple, easy lifestyle and encouraging lasting results is my kind of plan.

For years I wasted time believing that improving my health meant going to the gym for hours on end, weighing food every day and denying myself the insatiable cravings I regularly had.

That isn’t much of a life.

That’s what I was committed to when preparing for body-building shows. But then, after I did, came the weight gain.

Getting rid of this extra weight was a mission in itself — one that consisted of me conditioning both my mind and body.

It wasn’t easy, but I could have saved myself the grief had I followed the easy way — that is, a simplicity which entailed the following hacks below.

So why didn’t I do it sooner?

I supposed I believed it would take a mighty effort on my part, but it doesnt.
