Intermittent fasting is my favourite way to lead a healthy and lean lifestyle.
It’s the only life plan that has worked for me — and I’ve gone through many diets during my lifetime.
Unfortunately, all of them left me in a frustrated and frumpy mess. I wondered if weight loss would ever manifest in my life.
The last resort of dieting (I always said that but kept pushing on) was fasting. After a friend had sold me on her results within a couple of weeks, I figured I wanted the same thing and was willing to skip a meal or two if this would work.
Cutting a long story short, I made it here three years in and am very happily content to continue living this lifestyle plan for as long as possible.
When you begin fasting — it’s tough. Going from eating whenever you like and then not eating is a bit of a challenge. But, all challenges met head-on with enthusiasm and a clear goal are easy to overcome.
