Stick To The Plan

The plan always produces results; deviating does not

Usually, I eat out two days a week.

Now, there are plenty of times I allow myself to deviate and go rogue, but for the most part, I stick to the plan because the plan produces the best results, requires me to practice consistent self-discipline, and helps me maintain a healthier physique, mind, and internal body.
