Finding our paths. Beating addiction. Building our lives out of nothing. Esteem issues. Emptiness. Finding the right relationships. And feeling stuck.

There’s so much pressure to level up. There’s so much doubt and fear about if we’ll ever make it. It’s easy to say we’re still young and there’s enough time, but it’s not so easy when nothing works for you. Or you keep failing. And you feel stuck.

This is why studies have shown that depression is most common among adults aged 18–29. I’ve had my fair share of worry and doubt. But if anyone told me years ago that I’ll have so much to share with an audience this big, I’ll call them a liar.

But somehow, it happened. My purpose is to help as many people get out of the rut they’ve entered into. Feeling stuck isn’t pleasant. Relying on substances to feel like yourself isn’t pleasant. Worrying about your future or being stuck in the past isn’t pleasant either.

We all deserve peace. We all deserve abundance. We all deserve to do meaningful work. We all deserve quality relationships. This is why I created a program for young people that shows the frameworks to follow to Un-stuck Yourself.

It provides a holistic solution to

  • Finding your path
  • Attracting and building quality relationships
  • Becoming addiction-free
  • Beating depression and anxiety
  • Winning even when the odds are stacked against you

Your 20s are too precious to spend it depressed, anxious, stuck, and dependent on substance to feel like yourself
