The Start of Shaktism

In the Hindu religion,

Shakti (energy, power) is Divine Power personified as a feminine principle.

And so worship of the Great Goddess is Shaktism.

If only we all were shaktas, Shakti worshippers!

I am given to believe that the worship must start with one’s own mother — each inherently Shakti.
