Life sucks sometimes.
One day you’re on a high and can take on the world.
Two days later you feel like nothing is worth it and that you were naive to ever expect anything of yourself.
Like a punch in the balls from a child you’ve just met, life can slap you silly when you least expect it.
The only guarantee is it will happen.
And it’s happening to me right now.
After finally getting consistent again with fitness and regaining my energy, I get hit with a nasty long-covid relapse.
I thought I was in the clear — I finally started having the energy to live my life how I wanted again.
Nope. Instead, I get humbled by chronic fatigue and a reemergence of depression.
Here are the steps I’m taking to deal with it.
