I’m all for using nutrition to eliminate disease and decrease the negative effects of health conditions.

Food is either medicine for your body or a contributor to disease.

It’s our food choices made which have a long-term, lasting effect.

If we can use food to enhance our health or decrease negative health ailments, we could try it.

Why turn to medications that may provide relief and host negative side effects?

Most people believe that medication will save them but will be sadly disappointed with the long-term side effects.

Using food and exercise long-term is much more feasible to help us lead healthier lifestyles.

If you suffer from blood pressure, it’s important to decrease the amount of salt in your diet. If you take medication, this gives you an added benefit (if your doctor recommends it.)
