Nutrition is key to weight loss success.

It doesn’t matter how much exercise you perform every day — food is key in achieving those body-reshaping results.

Together, exercise and nutrition will be your key to success.

Planning and knowing the value of your macros are essential when structuring your meals. It takes a bit of time to get into the habit of creating your nutritionally viable meals. Once you start to put in a plan and develop a routine — it will be really easy and less time-consuming.

I save my meal prep for Sunday, and the food lasts until about Thursday.

Then I prepare a new batch which will then need replenishment by Sunday. Some people like to get meal prep done in one day — but I crave variety during those mid-week blues.

Meal planning should also have an element of your unique personality.

It doesn’t have to be rigid, but you need consistency.
