We’re a team of writers and content creators committed to helping people realize their most amazing health, relationships, spirituality, and finances.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for uplifting posts on personal growth, self exploration, spirituality, mindfulness, examination of thought, physical and emotional healing, health and wellness, happiness, and success (however that’s defined for you).
Posts can be any length and we accept both locked and unlocked stories.
We want visually striking posts. Spend time looking for beautiful images (be sure to credit them or use CC0 Creative Commons photos by services like Unsplash and Pixabay)
Format your stories to be easy to read. Keep your paragraphs short. Include quotes, subtitles and images throughout your post.
Include a CTA only in your unlocked posts. A tasteful CTA is encouraged, but keep in mind that our mission is to serve, so your posts shouldn’t look like an advertisement.
We want to build a supportive team. Follow the other writers here. Follow the Change Your Mind-Change Your Life publication. Read, comment on and share the posts and we’ll do the same for you.
Mindset: These articles focus on the power of thought and belief. They can be from personal experience or from the newest scientific research. Our thoughts create our reality, and that’s the message we want to share. The subtopics here can cover any area of life, because every area is affected by our thoughts. Relationships, self acceptance, happiness, career, finances, goal setting, and personal growth are just a few examples.
Happiness: Happiness hacks, personal stories, the science of happiness all fit here. How can we facilitate happiness in ourselves and in the world?
Spirituality: The theme here is spiritual health and having a spiritual connection to a higher power. Mindfulness, spiritual practices, spiritual discoveries, and how spirituality helps you be a better human are examples of fitting stories. This publication is non-denominational.
Health and Healing: How has your mind contributed to or hindered your health? Again, both personal stories and the science behind mind medicine are welcome. The focus should be on improving health rather than on disease.
A Few Bits and Pieces
- I’m not able to accommodate requests for publishing timing. In general, posts are published in the morning, every day of the week.
- Send unpublished drafts only.
- Do your own careful editing. Sloppy work will be rejected.
- After 30 days, if you wish to post your piece elsewhere, please do so with the following statement at the top of the post: “Originally published in Change Your Mind-Change Your Life” with a link to the story.
