I hardly know where to begin, so I’ll just type this as if we were sitting down together for coffee.
Wow, what a week. Are you doing okay?
Whether you live in the US or not, the graphic violence and alarming hate on display in the US Capitol last week probably shook you up. I doubt anyone escaped experiencing it in some way.
It’s been hard for me to take my eyes and ears off the news, even though that’s the exact advice I would give my clients and readers. So I know a lot of you are also struggling right now.
The thought of the millions of people feeling the same pain I’m feeling reminds me why this publication exists. While there’s plenty to worry or complain about in our world, at Change Your Mind Change Your Life it’s our firm and steadfast mission to be a beacon of light for you.
“Read short and uplifting articles here to help you shift your thought, so you can see real change in your life and health.”
I routinely turn down writing that doesn’t fit this mission. This publication exists for the sole purpose of helping to uplift humanity.
With the strongest words and conviction, I completely denounce what happened on Wednesday at the US Capitol, and I’ll fight for Good the best way I know how. By speaking out. By writing. By reminding people the truth of who we can be.
Thank you for being a reader here at Change Your Mind Change Your Life. Keep your eyes and hearts lifted up.
