When There’re More Tears than Words: Praying the Heart

It’s not just knowing what’s wrong, it’s feeling the hurt and pain.

As the final credits to the movie, Driving While Black rolled, I gave myself permission to release the tears I’d been holding. And I sobbed.

I only held them because it was my screen we were sharing on Zoom as nine of us witnessed…
