Women live longer but could be healthier doing this one thing too!
Women may live a lot longer than men, but unfortunately, they fall prey to higher illness rates.
Weighing up the pros and cons of this situation, I would prefer a shorter life if it’s healthier than a longer one filled with illness and suffering.
Why is it that women are falling prey to illness?
Well, you may already know the answer, and usually, 99 per cent of the reason lies behind lifestyle decisions.
That includes food, exercise and, of course, stress.
The problem is that women are struck with a disease that could be lethal later in life. In addition, these illnesses tend to be debilitating.
One example is the existing cases of macular degeneration and dementia in which roughly two-thirds of sufferers are women.
The good news is that most of these diseases that plague women later in life are preventable with proper diet and exercise plans.
