Some women find it a huge struggle to balance hormones and enhance their fertility.

Conditions such as endometriosis and Fibroid, as well as many others, can cause women to become infertile or struggle to fall pregnant — let alone get some normality in their lives.

Hormones don’t only mess with your fertility but also your moods, energy levels and appetite too.

A special trend right now is something called ‘seed cycling.’

Simply put, it requires women to eat certain kinds of seeds every day and at different points of their menstrual cycle to affect their hormone levels.

Seed cycling has claimed that it might increase fertility and ease some PMT symptoms.

Now, I want to bring to your attention that this is a ‘theory’ taken with a grain of salt. But, since it’s a healthy practice, it may be worth your while to give it a try.

What seems to balance hormones is a compound called Lignans that stimulate estrogen activity.
