beautiful day with stunning panoramas of nature and human achievement something called me to the river today with Charlie rather than the Central Park as I had already run 6.75 miles this morning at PR times after my epic half marathon with five PR times Sunday and long 7.0 walks with Charles as Sofia dubs him each day twixt, today’s run I mentioned earlier over the bridge to the borough of Queens and back to NY County on the short bridge to the island of Roosevelt on which I now gaze on a bench from the Manhattan side of the East River esplanade because my heart and knees received signals to take it easy and I have a nice chat with Bob“Charlie is very trusting” “well good judge of character he is” I say with Bob now gone after well wishes and he says “hope we’ll meet again,” I see the book sitting there on the permanent KNACK tool locker a few feet left of where Bob sat likely not left by him but now exposed to my not third…
