The Foundation: Charged Particles Protocol
The foundation of our ecosystem is the Charged Particles protocol — a technology we developed that enables NFTs to be “charged” with other digital assets. Standard NFTs typically represent ownership of digital content, but Charged Particles introduces an additional capability: allowing NFTs to contain and manage other tokens.
This technology creates what we call “programmable liquidity,” where an NFT serves as a basket that holds, manages, and generates yield from the digital assets contained within it. The protocol transforms static NFTs into dynamic yield-generating instruments, effectively creating “interest-bearing NFTs” that can accrue value over time.
IONX: The Governance Token
The Charged Particles protocol is governed by $IONX, its native governance token. IONX enables holders to vote on protocol upgrades and parameter adjustments, participate in key ecosystem decisions, and shape the future development roadmap. IONX serves as the mechanism for decentralized governance, ensuring that stakeholders have a voice in how this foundational technology evolves.
The Interface: Web3 Packs
Building on the Charged Particles technology, we created Web3 Packs to provide an accessible interface that simplifies DeFi participation. Where the Charged Particles protocol provides the technical foundation, Web3 Packs transforms this capability into user-friendly products.
Web3 Packs operates on a straightforward principle: users can enter the DeFi ecosystem through an accessible $5 entry point, gaining exposure to multiple tokens and protocols through a single transaction. We currently offer several pack types:
- DeFi Packs: Focused on yield-generating assets
- Ecosystem Packs: Providing exposure to specific blockchain ecosystems
- Governance Packs: Offering governance tokens from key protocols

A key innovation we implemented in Web3 Packs is the time-lock reward system, which incentivizes long-term participation. The longer you lock the assets inside a Web3 Pack, the greater the rewards
This system creates sustainable value generation while reducing token velocity and increasing ecosystem stability. By time-locking positions, users can significantly enhance their rewards while contributing to overall market health.

While Web3 Packs currently operates without a specific token, we’re also considering adedicated token for advanced Web3 Pack features. This token would enhance the ecosystem by providing:

Traditional AI assistants typically analyze data and provide recommendations, but Packy actively executes on-chain strategies, combining analysis with autonomous execution. As one of the first Level 3 agents on Chirper’s Agent Token Launchpad, Packy represents a new approach to DeFi interaction.
$PACKY: The Flywheel Token
The $PACKY token serves as the flywheel mechanism for this autonomous agent. With 15% of its supply allocated to autonomous pack management and reward distribution, PACKY creates multiple value-generating loops:
